Every asset. Every shift. One control tower.
Maintenance, fuel, tyres and parts for everything you run — trucks, loaders, forklifts, excavators — live from the workshop floor to the far side of site.
Scan to act
A sticker on the machine is the whole interface
Every asset carries a printed QR tag — truck, loader, forklift, genset, it makes no difference. Point a phone at it and that machine's own screen opens: no menus, no hunting for the right unit, no paperwork to hand in later. What gets tapped is on the dashboard before the operator is back in the seat.
Scan the tag on the machine
The code carries that unit's id, so Kilter opens on the right machine even when it belongs to another site. Print the tags straight off the asset register, one beside each asset.

Tap what happened
Breakdown, pre-start, audit, job card, parts request, fluid, fuel, safety event, manuals. Nine actions on one screen, in his language, with the meter reading and any open job cards already in front of him.
The yard knows immediately
A breakdown alerts everyone. A fill-up lands in Fuel Tracking, a defect becomes a job card in Active Repairs, a pre-start signs off against that unit. One record, entered once, at the machine — not retyped into a spreadsheet that evening.
The operations dashboard
What it is costing you, and what you got back
Every scan, job card and fuel entry rolls up here. The left tells you whether you can run today. The right tells you what this month has cost and what the initiatives have returned — the two numbers an owner actually asks for.

Target date 30 Nov · tracked against downtimeWhat it replaces
The fleet already runs. It just runs in three places at once.
Most operators are not missing information. It is sitting in a chat group, a spreadsheet and a paper book — and none of the three can tell you what one machine cost you last month.
Job cards attached to the asset
A fault raised in the yard becomes a job card with photos, parts, hours and a fitter's name — and stays in that unit's maintenance history for good.
One parts trail, quote to goods issue
Request, RFQ, supplier quotes in baht, approval, stock, issue to the job. The cost lands on the unit that consumed it, not in a folder.
SHEQ with owners and due dates
Safety events, injuries and a live risk register, each raising actions someone owns — so an audit is a report you print, not a week you lose.
The system
35 modules, grouped the way the yard is
Not a roadmap — this is what is in the product today. A customer who has not licensed an area simply never sees its tabs.
Built for the road
Your fleet moves. So does Kilter.
Installs to the home screen
No app store, no IT rollout. A driver or operator opens the link once and Kilter sits next to their other apps.
Keeps working when the signal drops
Recent data is cached on the device, so a yard with one bar still opens. Entries sync when the phone gets signal back.
Four languages, every screen
The fitter works in Thai, a Chinese or Indonesian crew reads their own, and the report to head office prints in English. Nobody retypes anything.
Your data stays yours
Each operator runs their own deployment, with their own database and sign-in — not a shared tenant with a competitor's fleet in it.
Per deployment
It arrives wearing your company's name
Your company name sits on the sign-in screen, on every PDF and on every RFQ that reaches a supplier. Your depots and contracts replace the default site list, money is shown in your own currency — baht, rupiah, renminbi, whatever you invoice in — and the modules you have not licensed are hidden everywhere they would otherwise appear.
Book a demo
See the working system, not a slide deck
The quickest way to judge Kilter is to watch someone use it. Send a note and we will walk you through the live app — scanning a tag, raising a job card, watching it land on the dashboard — in whichever of the four languages suits your team.
- A walk through the running app, on real screens
- Focused on the modules that match how you work
- No obligation, and no data leaves your hands
Tell us roughly how many machines you run and what is costing you most at the moment. That is enough for us to show you the parts of Kilter that matter to you, rather than all thirty-five.
